The
Duke of Edinburgh's Award is a nationally recognised award scheme
for young people aged 14 - 25 years. There are three levels of
Award:
Bronze (14 - 25)
Silver (15 - 25)
Gold (16 - 25)
To complete Duke of Edinburgh's Award a participant must purchase
a Record Book and complete an activity from each of the four sections
(five at Gold).

Skills
(To encourage the discovery and development of personal interest
and social & practical skills)
Physical Recreation
( To encourage participation and improvement in sport or physical
activity)
Expedition
(To encourage a spirit of adventure and discovery)
Residential Project (Gold only)
(To broaden young people's experiences through involvement with
others in a residential setting)
